We offer several technical support plans that allow you to select the amount of support that is appropriate for your company. In addition to providing you with very low rates for the monhtly hours you commit to, additional time is provided to you at a sharply reduced rate that is only available to our clients under a support agreement.

Even when you don’t have a critical need, we are seeking ways to enhance the value of our relationship with you in appreciation of your commitment to us.

 
 
 
 
 
Bronze
  • 6 hours of support each month
  • Additional hours are at a 25% discount from our standard hourly rate

Silver
  • 12 hours of support each month
  • Unused hours rollover for programming and report design
  • Additional hours are at a 35% discount from our standard hourly rate

Gold
  • 32 hours of support each month
  • Unused hours rollover for programming and report design
  • Additional hours are at our lowest rate - available only to customers on gold support
